My first trip back to this city after COVID!
It was an atas sibling trip this time and of course I had to clock in more Bonvoy elite nights. I have to say that the Bonvoy options in this bustling city can be overwhelming and I decided on this property due to the fact that its recently renovated, offers decent proximity to the BTS Stations, the great reviews I saw while researching, plus a later evening cocktail timing (until 9pm) which I needed as my flight will only be landing in BKK at 1700. Onwards to a great stay!

I was curious to see if the service would still be as stellar on a shorter flight time. So here goes a 2.5 hour J experience!
So I decided to try a new hotel for this trip after trying IHG and Accor in this shopping and massage heaven city. It was timely that I was on my Marriot Platinum challenge and this was an easy 4-night stash to clock.

So I am officially on my first mattress run. Yays(?).
In the word of miles and points, a classic mattress run is defined as “Booking and paying for hotel nights you do not usually need solely for the purpose of earning points, reward nights, and / or elite status”.
